ABSENTEE BIDDER FORM

By signing this form you authorize charges to your credit card for the price of goods purchased plus a 4% Buyer's Premium Tax, (if applicable) and all shipping and handling fees and agree to the terms and conditions of the auction. All shipping and handling fees will be added to the final price of your items. We ship US Postal Service, Priority Mail with insurance. Physical pickup must be arranged with Auction Company prior to Sale.

**We will Competitively Bid on behalf of the above registered bidder as a courtesy, but bidder acknowledges that communication limitations on Auction Day may prevent Shamrock Auction Service from presenting the bid(s) below.


1. NO WARRANTIES: all property is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and with all faults. Auction Buyers shall not be entitled to any adjustment or allowance recession, damages or any other remedy or claim on account of the quality, of any property purchased.


2. INSPECTION: The Buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/her pre-auction inspection of the property.


3. SETTLEMENT: The Buyer agrees to make complete settlement on all purchases by accepted method of payment within 24hrs. from the date of the Auction. They Buyer may also be required to sign a Sales Agreement with the Seller.
